A hful of photos popped up over at GforGames, answering almost every question that’s yet to be revealed about the G3, while confirming previously rumored specifications. Coming in at 146.3 mm x 74.6 mm x 8.9 mm, the G3 is only marginally bigger than its (rather large) predecessor. though has increased the screen size by 0.3 inches, it’s also managed to shrink the bezels of the smartphone down to the point that its latest smartphone almost shares the same footprint as the G2. Other specifications for the G3 include 32GB of storage, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, 3GB of DDR3 RAM, a 1speaker, a 13 megapixel rear camera with OIS (optical image stabilization), a 2.1 megapixel front-facing camera, 3,000 mAh battery, Android 4.4 KitKat. evious rumors pegged the G3 to ship with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 SoC, but the 801 that the phone will ship with puts it in line with the current cream-of-the-crop. The Snapdragon 801 is no slouch, but it gives ’s flagship less of an edge over the competition. Still, it’s impossible to say that the G3 isn’t a powerhouse of a phone. A few other slides detail a few new features for the G3, including a new way to take a selfie photo by making a fist with your h. The secondary sensor next to the camera was also detailed, confirming that it is in fact a laser auto focus. This should allow for a much faster camera focus. Now that the goods are laid out on the table, the G3 is looking better than ever. th the exception of the processor, the previous rumors have aligned rather well with this latest leak. The G3 will be official unveiled next Tuesday, May 27th, we’ll be there live to bring you all the details.
