A couple of weeks after officially unveiling it, the Motorola-made Google Nexus 6 is finally available for pre-order on Google Play in the United States. The Nexus 6 is available in 32 and 64GB variants and in two colors: Midnight blue and Cloud white. While the 32GB version will set you back by $649, the 64GB variant will burn a $700 deep hole in your pocket. The Nexus 6 is the largest Nexus handset from Google yet and sports a gigantic 5.95-inch Quad-HD AMOLED display. Unlike the previous Nexus handsets, Google seems to have made no compromises on the Nexus 6 and packed it with top-of-the-line specs including a Snapdragon 805 processor, 3GB RAM, 13MP rear camera with OIS, Qi wireless charging and front-facing stereo speakers. It also comes with a 3220mAh battery and supports Motorola’s Turbo Charger that can provide it with 6 hours of additional juice with only 15 minutes on the charger. The Nexus 6 will also be making its way to all the major carriers in the United States including Verizon, in case you are not fond of shelling out such a hefty amount for the device at one go. Update: It looks like Google will not be shipping the Nexus 6 from its warehouse until 21st November. Google is also bundling 6 months of free Play Music All Access subscription with the handset provided you purchase it before December 31st.
