Every major OEM has released their flagship handset for 2015, except for Motorola, which is expected to unveil its flagship handset sometime in July or August. As it is the norm before the official unveiling of any device though, specs of an upcoming handset from Motorola has made its way to GFXBench. The device in question does not seem to be the Moto X 2016, since it sports a gigantic 5.5-inch Quad HD display. Codenamed “Kinzine,” other specs of the handset include a Snapdragon 810 chipset clocked at 1.9GHz, 3GB RAM, 20MP rear camera, a 5MP shooter in the front and 32GB of storage space.

On the software side, GFXBench suggests that the handset would be running on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, which should not really come as a surprise since Motorola is known to always make sure that its devices are running on the very latest version of Android (except for the Droid Turbo, perhaps). It is likely that Motorola will launch two variants of the Moto X this time around — one with a screen size of around 5-inch and another one with a bigger 5.5-inch. After all, the company had planned on releasing a Moto X Pro last year, but ended up rebadging and selling it as the Nexus 6 ultimately.
