On July 30, Motorola announced some major changes to the company’s leadership. The official announcement indicates quite the bit of shuffling, with a major player in the Moto G and Moto E’s launch. Motorola published the announcement to their official blog, and with it offered a few details for the positions that will be filled, as well as those who will be filling them. First, the placing of Charlie Tritschler, who will now be Motorola’s Senior Vice President of Product Management. That means Tritschler will now oversee all of Motorola’s product development, marketing and ecommerce efforts. Tritschler was a driving force behind the launches of Motorola’s Moto E and Moto G. Motorola is also focusing on the global outreach, with a focus on regional leaders. With that, they’ve announced that the aforementioned leaders will sit on Motorola’s senior leadership team:
Jeff Miller, Corporate Vice President, North America and Global GTM Operations
Sergio Buniac, CVP, Latin America
Magnus Ahlqvist, CVP, EMEA and APAC
