Earlier today, some images of the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge leaked on the Internet giving us a look at their design. Now, the folks over at SamMobile, have revealed some more information about the upcoming flagship devices from Samsung. As if the leak from earlier today was not already a confirmation, SamMobile’s sources have once again confirmed that Samsung will indeed launch an Edge variant of the Galaxy S6 with edge displays on both sides. However, unlike the Galaxy Note Edge, the curved display on the S6 Edge will be 30 to 50 percent less pronounced due to the smaller size of the handset and the power/volume keys being located on the edges. The curves on both edges will also be completely uniform. Like the Galaxy Note 3 and the Galaxy Note 4, the camera module on the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge will have the same color as the device. The front of the devices will also be of the exact same color as the back — suggesting that they will have a glass or an all-metal design. From the rumors and leaks, it looks like the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge will be remarkably different from any of the previous offerings from Samsung. After being criticized for years for the poor build quality and software of its devices, Samsung has finally woken up from its slumber thanks to the declining sales and profit of its smartphone division and has seemingly started paying attention to consumer feedback.
