LG today announced that it will start taking pre-orders for the LG G4 in its home market — South Korea — 22 to 28 days prior to the launch of the handset. The company’s upcoming flagship will be available for pre-order on the three major carriers in the country, which includes SK Telecom and KT. As an early adopter bonus, LG will be offering a one-time free screen replacement for a year from the date of purchase to all customers who pre-order the handset or purchase it by May 31. In addition, it will also be giving away a 64GB microSD card slot for free to all the early adopters. Customers who pre-order the handset through SK Telecom and KT will also be entitled to other goodies, including an LG U+ and LG Watch. LG has already announced that the G4 will come with a 5.5-inch Quad HD ‘Quantum’ IPS display, an 8MP front shooter, and a f/1.8 aperture 16MP rear shooter. Other rumored specs of the handset include a Snapdragon 808 processor, 3GB RAM, microSD card slot and a 3000mAh removable battery. The handset will also come with a leather back and in a multitude of colors.
